ntl smartbridge alert

I don't know exactly what I have done, but for the last 3 or so every time I start my laptop up I get an error box;
SmartBridge Alerts; motivesb;entry point not found.
The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFilenameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL.


When I searched I found that Smartbridge is something to do with NTL ( my service provider) Can anybody help me get rid of this little bug please ?

It seems to be a common problem. Type "SmartBridge Alerts; motivesb;entry point not found. " into google. (without the quotes)
