O Ring

Is an O ring missing from my diverter removed from my bathroom mixer shower tap? Please see picture.

I would prefer to simply change whole tap unit however access would require knocking down a tiled wall in oder to get to the back of the bath.

Footprints, do you confirm that an o ring is missing from bottom groove of diverter?

Hard to say but certainly looks like it should have one.
