The 23 y.o. was at a wedding yesterday with her two sisters.
After the wedding one guest was leaving and went back to the car park to get his six month old car. He saw it being damaged by someone doing careless parking.
In the ensuing argument the careless driver stabbed the new car owner. But he was not aware of the wedding and about 10 larger guests came to beat the careless driver and his friend. They got his knife off him and stabbed them.
They ran off abandoning their car!
The new car owner needed six stitches in his head!
Just as well the wedding guests were on hand!

No it was in SA when these things are common place. I don't think the police were involved. Had they been it would probably have been called for by the original attacker who was hopefully badly injured.
Amusingly one of the guests is a friend of mine who is a recently retired police superintendent. But without PCs on call he usually stays at the back and does not get involved in any fights.
