HI , i need to lay some engineered oak flooring that is about 18mm thick onto my kichen floor which is half concrete and half original quarry tiles can you tell me the best way to lay it .

If concrete and tiles are on the same level, install combi underlayment first (DPM + sound-insualtion) and install floor 'floating' glueing all T&G's.
