need 5m sq of replacement boards 6 3/4 x 3/4 x ideally 3.5m lengths.

Only thing is unsure if current boards are oak or pine. House build date is 1908. Any help appreciated or even if anyone has some boards available.
Boards are not t and g.

my guess is they are 7x1 boards that after planing will be around 21mmx168 ish possibly sanded a few times reducing to around 18mm
they will come in 3.6m lengths from your wood yard but in 21-22mm thickness

Definitely Pine, but unlikely to have been sanded, normally only done with Oak, and tight fitting boards. Can you get a bit up (if you haven't already) and wander down to your woodyard - modern pine is normally 22mm, so if yours are 19mm, you may need to get the woodyard to plane them a bit further.
