I am sorry that you have had this problem with an obviously substandard installing firm.

Call CORGI on 0800 915 0485 and give that all the details of the firm concerned. They will check their registration.

This just shows the need to check the CORGI photocard of EVERYONE who is sent to work at your home. No card = no entry!
