I've looked at the concrete floor with the imaging camera but cannot find any leaks. The pipes under the floorboards are hard to see with the camera so I guess its taking out the floorboards time.
Checked pipes under floorboards in one room today. Quite a job for a novice like me. Couldn't find any leaks. Got 2 more rooms to go, then the concrete kitchen floor.
I did realise that if I leaving the hot water tap running, then the boiler pressure doesn't drop. The same is the case with the central heating. Does that make a difference or is it still a pipe leak I should be looking for?
