I watch Strictly with me old ma, however we leave it to record for a while so we can fast forward through much of it e.g. stuff like the 'training' videos.

do you clap along with the audience - I can never work out if its the SS goose-stepping or seals clapping for another fish

I hate everything about the program, in fact I hate everything about all game shows - if it was up to me the tele would go out of the window

For me it's more to do with spending time with mum, who lives alone. I realise she's not going to be here forever so if she enjoys watching it, I'll go with the flow.

Neither of us are avid fans by any means, but it's something to watch and by the same token, we don't mind it.

I don't, but its on in the other room with the sound turned up, sometimes even recorded and I get summoned in to endure a bit that is apparently brilliant - jeez, it is the biggest garbage on TV
