oil boiler twin wall flue

go on have agigle if you like but i need a new length of twin wall flue but do i measure the inside or outside for the flue size
 
did not get round to doing that. the flue that is on the boiler now. measures just over 5" inside and just under 6" o/s i need to order another meter of flue for boilers new home
 
it's 5" then, but if you've got the MI it should be in there on a drawing
