So how are you going to comply with building regulations then ?
Doubt you would have a case to fit standard efficiency boiler.
You may not like it but condensing boiler are now the norm, unless you use an illegal installer.
If the standard ones are now illegal how is it you can still buy new standard boilers ?.

you can still buy them as with gas boilers there are some very few times you can go non condensing but you need to get it agreed with building control
