Are to be phased out by 2028

So. If u live in the sticks u will. Have a problem

Wood and solid fuel boilers / fires will be on the hit list as well??

Gas boilers yes by 2030

Replacements must be able to be converted to hydrogen??

It all chops and changes

There is likely to. Be a cut off date for off grid use ( oil) by which they cannot be used

Du no about gas cooking appliances but likely to be banned as well

Hyrogen could well be the demise of the combination boiler???

Gas cookers can't be fitted in new homes, but as yet there is no plan to ban the sale completely.

If they do I'm buggered as I'd have to rewire my house to install fat enough cables for an electric oven and hob.

(The previous owners didn't like electric so cut the cables out, doh!!)

Hoping they go down the hydrogen route.

Those that live in the sticks and rely on oil and wood fired heating need an alternative,

It's all. Likely to chop and change

That recent court case about that little girl who died due to air pollution

Is likely to lead to. Civil compensation cases

Particulate pollution has been raised
Particulates in solid fuel burning??

May well have repercussions???

Madness! Are other countries doing this, or we going to end up as the only country not p!ssing in the pool?

Or will this be like their much trumpeted 'promise' to "bring immigration down to tens of thousands" - and it will never happen?

If they bring in stupid regulations that suddenly curtail the use of oil fired boilers, wood burning stoves etc I hope they have a huge compensation pot because there are so many people that use these fuels through necessity, because of where they live, as there is no alternative and the homes are not up to insulation standards to even consider using electricity for everything.
