Just curious how I might be able to minimize the expansion/contraction of my copper piping so that the noise coming from same might be lessened. My furnace is 20 years old but still works well. Might there be some new inovations on the newer models that keep the piping more balanced? There seems to be enough clearance around the piping but the snapping sound is still evident.
