OK to leave CH without inhibitor in?

I've just fitted a new heated towel rail, and have some work to do on another rad.

When I refilled I didn't put inhibitor in as I may need to drain down again. If the CH doesn't have inhibitor in for about a month (when it's hardly on, to tell you the truth) does it matter?

Cheers, Mike

If it is only for about 1 month I wouldn't worry about it, but add some inhibitor asap.

Then you should add the inhibitor now, and isolate that other rad at its valves when you get around to doing the work on it.

Not very good reasoning. Why do you need to drain down again?

Yes, because a month will turn into two, then six. In practice you might never get around to doing it.
