Hi, we've just moved into an old house with a Camray 5 and had it serviced. The chap said the Co2 readings are too high and that we need a new boiler. Apparently the boiler itself is absolutely fine but when he put the flue back on after the service the Co2 was 13% vs 11% without the flue. Given the boiler is fine I really struggle to see how we need to replace it but maybe we do? It's never cut out and seems absolutely fine. I obviously couldn't find any flue replacements online either. Any thoughts? Thanks a lot

I would personally speak to Worcester and ask their opinion and maybe see if they can someone out for a service/fixed price repair.
What type of flue? Low level?
The camray 5 is getting on a bit we have been taking. leaker's out for some time. Also one or two with flue problems.
