Looking for some advise please. Had a leak in bathroom which went through onto hall ceiling.
Put on a couple of coats of shellac Zinsser bin and then emulsioned. Lasted for a couple of years and now it's coming back through big time.
I'm fairly certain there is no new leak as can get my hand down via a removed floorboard under bath right onto back of area where brown patch is showing and it's totally dry!!!
Any advice would be really appreciated as thought I'd done the right thing initially and it took me sodding ages to do hall. Near in tears when I noticed it coming back hehe.
