I done a boiler change in july, combi in place of conventinal baxi.I told the customers there old pipework may be in line for replacement as it could start leaking. I was told" october,we will ring you and get it replaced".I said the rads should be ok,all were 12 years old ,swapped when baxi was fitted, pipework was 27 yr old,i found out after i had finished. I was told system was 12 yr old,now its happenend pipe work has failed in various parts of the house, and there crying and screaming at me.I went on monday and the boards were up and its split in a line and a radiator in the garage i didnt know about has ballooned out to about 14",honest it is crazy.I am to blame they said,i didnt p/flush it,i used a light cleanser and inhibator.AM I AT FAULT?
