If you can take the glass out it would be easier. If you put an air bag or something to lift the window up slightly (or sideways if it is a side opener) creating a gap so you can see the cams. You can use something like a thin piece of metal to move the cams into the unlocked position. Once open you can then replace the espag
I would try taking the handle off first just to make sure it is not a problem with the spindle. It will also be easier to move the cams with the handle off
