Hiya, my friend decided to pull off his door seal to clean it as it was mouldy and just generally really dirty.

Now we can't get it back on!

The front panel of the washing machine can't be removed, it's one complete unit with the sides.

I managed to get the inner part around the drum about half way before it starts popping off as it feeds around more.

Any tips please? It's so awkward getting your hands in there and the rubber is tight so it just keeps popping off as we go around!!

I feel like I need 4 hands and more space in there to move my hands.

Thanks all.

Get your friend to help then you will have 4 hands!

Not sure what to suggest other than be patient and persist.
Perhaps get the seal around the bottom first and work your way up whilst your friend holds the seal on at the bottom moving up as you work the seal on.
Don't know but perhaps dishwasher rinse aid or washing up liquid wiped around the drum will help.

I was thinking about washing up liquid but I thought the bottom would just slip off even more then as I'm pulling it round lol.

What a nightmare, I'll give it another go tonight but I don't know how 2 grown men are gonna get 4 arms in and around the opening.

Up close and personal! Might get to know eachother a bit better than perhaps you wish.

Perhaps just smear liquid around the top half as its easy getting the first half on.
