Plumbase in Warwick have a friendly proactive manager and fairly knowledgeable staff.

I only started going there a year ago because a previous manager in the Leamington location had been so rude and unhelpful.

I was only rude to a customer when they out-and-out deserved it.
Only half were bright enough to notice.
