Olives!

Hmmm! Yum.... Olives stuffed with garlic and a shot of Vodka at Minus 20... Next day it keeps Kitchen fitters at their distance.
 
Lovely, stuffed with anchovies Mmmmmm! Mind you I eat anything pretty much, I love marmite too.

Just simmering a Lamb Phall I make occasionally for the Pool team.
An "authentic".......................lol -----------English version.
Taught to me by one of my Indian customers.
Hot enough to let you know, but taste all the spices and not have too much of an after burn. Note "too much, muwhahahahaahaaaa"

Who else likes cooking Indian/Thai and associated dished from scratch.

Totally fresh ingredients, even if you have to hunt around. I know some are difficult like certain Mexican Chilli`s.
However as authentic as possible?

What are your faves, or the ones you want to try?

As I said, many other options.

I make a extremely good fish pie according to one special person :D
 
My favourite at the moment is Po Thak soup... made from scratch, very nice :)
