OMG my massive European tour starts in less than two weeks time

Have you heard that the new EU non Schengen system is supposed to be starting to do away with passport stamps Oct 12th so on first entry you need your fingerprint and photo taken.

Not heard of that one, however on the ship we get into our suites by biometrics so I assume it is pretty foolproof.
