OMG My Road tax

Someone has to pay for all the welfare scroungers, illegal immigrants, idle public sector workers, net zero con artists and national debt repayments.

Exactly this. I feel I am paying for all of the immigrants sat in hotels and it isn’t fair. Cars nowadays are so expensive 40k is a normal price of a car nowadays so it is affecting just about everyone. Every time I drive over a pot hole it makes me swear.

I have forward collision avoidance too. You can turn it up and down for sensitivity. I have 3 settings that are from mild to severe. Maybe yours may be set to severe?

Mine just has 'normal' and 'later'. I've set it to later.

I've had it once in 4 and a half years, even then it was a car parked on a corner I was approaching.
 
Can I urge you to only take your car out at night when no one can see you. I am concerned that if you drive about in daylight, the combo of seeing the perfection that is you in a nice BMW will make the ladies faint on the spot. They could injure themselves when falling over.

Or if you must drive about during the day, consider a disguise.

It woudn't have stopped me buying the car, in the grand scheme of things the tax aspect is low but it is all about surprise, I assumed a plug in hybrid would have automatically have been zero road tax. My full EV is zero tax.

That is solid advice and a little late for the warning, I went out last night and was as per usual persued by screaming females, even the odd male. Luckily my new car has excellent accelaration.
