one tile scratched

Had the en-suite retiled last year but one tile now shows scratches on the tile , if I rub it to clean it , it seems to go but comes back , any way of getting rid completely

Looks like pencil marks so try meths.
Other option is a china rubber.

If it is scratches that has damaged glaze you need to replace tile.
Spares are sometimes left under the cabinet plinth

Is it a matt, or glossy tile?
If glossy, a little bit of Brasso can Polish out minor scratches in the glaze - though it's worth testing on an inconspicuous area first.
