Onlays/overlays/carvings/mouldings for fire surround

I sent a multiple painted fire surround to be dipped.

Unfortunately, the dipping destroyed the intricate carved overlays (which defeated the reason I decided to have the thing dipped in the first place!). They were made of plaster stuck on to the wooden surround.

Can anyone point me in the direction of replacement carvings to stick on. I need swag type designs and an urn for the middle, something like the following which I found on a US website. In fact everything I have found has been US.

I have seen similar ones, dont recall seeing an urn though, do a google for Richard Burbidge....

Also worth trying your local fiberous plaster (cornice) suppliers as they are likely to have moulds to cast some from.
