I a dozen bags of OPC that have been stored in the house (completely dry) that have a use by of Feb 06. A quick search shows somthing about problems with reducing agents and Chromium after the use by date has expired, but this appears to be a health issue and doesnt mention strength etc, is cement still properly "functional" after the use by date????
