Hi just wondered if anyone out there can help me I have just had a gas cut as a result of a gas leak in my area, the gas is now up and running as it is coming through my cooker however my heating is not working I have an Optia HE12 I have tried turning it on and off both the boiler and the time however my water or radiators are not getting hot, does anyone know what else I can try, female in distress.

Hi it came back on about 2 hours ago and hey checked we had gas which we do through our cooker
They should have checked the operation of ALL appliances on gas.

One of two things either air still in boiler supply pipe or some dirt has come through the pipe and blocking the injector.
Try leaving the boiler on for a while trying to light air will come out failing that they may come back out to purge it for you
