Out house conversation help

Hi all wanting to convert my out house (out side wc & shed) into a small extension ,blocking up one door and cutting through into the kitchen to use it as a downstairs toilet & small utility room , would the whole thing have to come down and build new foundations or could I work with what is there and make it better TIA pictures attached
