I have just built a raised pond from concrete block and am now going to clad the outside using decking boards .

Just wondering if rather than screw the boards to the blocks , could I use a grab adhesive insted . If so , which one would you reccomend .

Thanks .

I dont think anything is going to last long on wood that is going to get saturated.

Did something similar about 12 months ago. The job was a bedroom balcony made from stainless steel. Incredible looking thing and client didn’t wasn’t screw holes in the decking. So we tried Elch Pro Fastgrip adhesive. I wouldn’t want to guarantee it myself in the very long but it is still solid 12 months later. Apparently it is very similar to Ceresit adhesive as well – which is the stuff that you can stick things together underwater with. Both come in a standard sealant gun.
