What part do I need to conect a hose pipe to an outdoor tap like this?

Probably yes, but it depends on the thread of the spout of your tap matching up with the adapter. The ridged spout of the tap pictured unscrews to leave a larger spout with a screw thread outside to which you can attach appropriate adapters. Your ebay link advises that "A 3/4" BSP Thread has a diameter of approximately 1 Inch", so if you verify this is the case for your tap then it's a pretty safe bet that the adapter will fit.
 
just go to BQ buy one of these
3/4" bsp thread comes with adaptor but you'll only need the yellow part.
then buy a hozelock quick release connector host to adaptor.
