What's the highest bid you've ever bid on Ebay.

I placed a bid of many thousands for a boat on Ebay knowing , I hope it, wouldn't get accepted. I'll try again one day when I have the readies. It would have been a bargain

I've never bid that much. I don't think i've ever bid more than £100 on eBay.

I've overbid on some used chairs for and Lego for my daughter.

In the case of the Lego, realised it was cheaper new on Amazon.

Fortunately I was outbid .

i put a bid in for a dewalt radial arm saw,well the reserve any way,and won it
at 50 quid
then done a round trip of 538 miles to get it,still it only cost me 35 quid in diesel, that was about 4-5 years ago,and ive never used the bloody thing.
