I have an out building which is approximately 2m squared. This joins the neighbours roof and it’s all rotten away and leaking. It had a felt roof. They aren’t too interested in replacing theirs and I am wondering how I could reliably replace mine?

I was considering the replacement of the OSB Board and perhaps a rubber roof on top.

I’d appreciate your advice with this.

Pic would help, if there's a dividing wall you can raise it above roof line and weather in to your side.

Inform them you are working on your side and that temporary ongoing repairs will be put in place and that there could be some disruption. Say that your roofer will make good as best he can to their side.
