I thought (please correct me if I am wrong) that all s/o were to be checked? The spark I am getting work experience with has me opening and checking every s/o in the house and a sample of lighting...plugwash said:

If you are ticking the polarity box on a socket cirucit on an EIC, you should have verified polairty at every outlet.
I use one of these: http://isswww.co.uk/brands/socket and see/Socket+Interface+Adaptors.aspx when I test socket circuits, taking sockets off would take far too long!
