Angle or trouser box, flexible conduit through the wall, drip loop, then upwards to be glanded into the bottom of the box?
 
Not long runs of it, no, but a short length of something like these coming out of the wall and curving up into the bottom of a box wouldn't be that bad...?

Oh right - I was thinking of when the device was remote from where the cable comes through!
If it comes through where you want the accessory then I'd look to just put the cable straight through the back of the accessory so there is no cable exposed and forget the conduit alltogether.
