I would like to fit up/down lights on the front wall of my house. Unfortunately there are no lights there already, so no wiring. Can anyone suggest a way of fitting these lights but having the wiring hidden? Its a bungalow if that helps

You will require a cable from a suitable supply - probably the nearest light - to a switch and to the lights.

As it is a bungalow that presumably is in the loft so hidden but it still requires the cable down to the switch and out to the lights.
Chasing into the wall is likely the only option.

If there is a switch nearby for the hall lights it might be that you can add another cable without chasing the wall.

There is already a porch light with a switch so could tee into that. Im doing up the house so may be able to chase cables from the inside and plaster walls up before I paint/paper
