oven not working.

Hi had a look at an oven today and the cooker oven was not turning on ie. the light on the knob didn't come on and the oven didn't get hot.

next to the main oven is a mini oven exact same thing and that works fine, light on knob works get's hot etc.

any ideas what it could be?

A. The mini oven wouldn't work then would it
B. It's getting power to the cooker.
C. It looks that way so far.

The mini oven may not be controlled by the clock/timer.

didn't think of the timer to be honest, would that controll the knob light aswell, because it doesn't come on when knob turned up?

With my oven you have to reset the timer after a power loss. If you don't the oven does nothing.


If you know the make and model it might be worth looking at the instructions.
