Looking for something simple to setup with a decent range in the house

Any recommendations thanks

I don't know what you are asking?
I know of ovens with cameras in and can also act as a refrigerator. Also control cooking when your away from home.
Is that what you want?

What service provider are you using? This will dictate what router you need.
There are many vendors out there easy to set up, ubiquiti, tp link, linksys...
A wifi 6 router should suffice as not many network cards support WiFi 7 unless you have latest apple devices etc.
Coverage in your house will depend on your walls. If you have solid brick then expect the signal to not penetrate well, especially the faster 5ghz signal. Your best option then is to either run UTP cablling (I did this while renovating and it can also beliver power), or bend insensitive fibre to a new wireless access point, or you could use the electrical wiring with network extender plugs - these are OK if on the same circuit, not so good if you need to cross to a different circuit.
If you have clear lines of sight then use plug in extenders, repeaters to extend around the house, usually sold in 3 or 5 packs. I see these being used a lot and positioning is important to get the best out of them.
