Oven recommendations?

I need a new built-in single electric oven. Has anyone bought one recently, or have any recommendations?

I have few specific feature requests. Physical knobs rather than touch screen would be the main one.

A slide-under door would be nice but that’s expensive - £700 rather than under £300. Telescopic rails would also be nice but again I can only find them on expensive models (can they be retrofitted to other models?).

Thanks.

Not a direct answer but if you're near a Euronics, they're pretty knowledgeable and usually stock decent stuff. Definitely worth dropping in and might price match too.

As far as I know, only NEFF do ovens with slide and hide doors. We bought one - waste of money! Just a gimmick as far as I’m concerned. Nowhere to place the pan when basting spuds or joints etc so what did we do? We paid extra for telescopic rails! Should have just bought a standard NEFF oven.

'Er indoors liked the sound of the Neff slide and hide oven.
She liked them so much she bought two
I don't know how much they cost - or indeed dare ask.
Being more adapted to menial tasks, I do find them easy to clean - and the door comes off (and on again) easily. Likewise the back panel that encloses the fan, and the side rails.
John :)
