When water started to flow out of the f&e tank overflow figured it must be the coil as water was constant and above the ball valve in the f&e tank. Changed he tank and it’s the same some one suggest it maybe the T piece before the 3 way valve was blocked so I changed that as well. Still the same. Any ideas please?

It's constant but changes volume from a fast drip to a running tap
 
damaged leaking ball valve on expansion tank. :?:

you've fitted a direct cylinder by mistake :P
