Lyngarth, sorry I edited my post with some software worth trying and it has got lost in the thread I use easypat at the moment they are doing a 14day free trial, I think its excellent, give it a try it makes paperwork and records and certificates much easier!

Thanks for info, will download and try easypat, if it makes my job a lot easier then I'm all for it. I have a friend, as we speak, scanning the forms in the book and emailing them over (hes not sure if its the latest book) but and will adjust to fit my needs.

They can be very repetative, got my wife in the end to knock one up on excell but they are a good start. Do try that software it is good!
