PA6 TAMPER FAULT

HELP NEEDED.......
I have a response pa6 system, 4 times over the last 2 weeks the alarm has sounded, twice when set and twice when unset! it indicates tamper on the control panel? none of the sensors or anything have been touched or messed about with so not sure why this is indicated, if there was a proper fault then i would assume it would set off the alarm everytime it was set! any help welcome. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply, its a wired system so there are no batteries to replace apart from the power back up in the control panel { which i have just noticed is a little corosive on the terminals}. its never had a service as i fitted the system about 4 years ago!
