Paint Sprayers?

hi guys, im looking for a cheapish paint sprayer, primarily to paint some MDF cupboards and some wood with a nice finish, maybe using satin or even just standard white emulsion (unless you can offer some alternatives?)

but just wondering which is the best reasonably priced paint sprayer, i see loads of different options out there and dont really understand the differences...

im assuming the " gravity fed" ones i see require air compressors..
