I am currently refurbing my bathroom.
I have one wall which was in bad condition so I removed all the lime plaster and wooden slats to enable me to construct frames for the wall hung basin and toilet.
All the other walls are sound and have been plastered in the last 10 years.
Due to its properties I have purchased aquapanel to line the wall for the wall hung units (in front of the frames)
We are not the greatest fans of tiles and want to just paint the aquapanel.
Do I need to prime the board with external use PVA watered down?
Then Paint.. or just paint straight onto it.
I know there is a product hat you can skim with, but the surface is fine with sealant between the joints.
Any advice would be greatly received..

Whatever you do, do not prime it with PVA. As it's water based (and emulsion paint is too) all that will happen is , when you come to painting it the water in the paint will re-activate the PVA.

Good point. I'll leave the pva.
I have some dulux sheen white anti mould paint which has an in built primer.. do you think I should use this?
Then after a couple of days paint on the dulux bathromm paint?
