Has anyone experience with painting a yard floor outside? We have used masonry paint in the past, but it isn't very durable, especially when the yard is scrubbed daily (after dog use!!!!!).

Have looked at Watco exterior high-traffic (non-slip) paint - suitable for car parks etc. It's expensive, but if it does the job, I'm all for it.
Does anyone know this product, and how effective/ suitable it might be?

Or any other product you could recommend?
Or tips, etc for application?
Does it need the concrete primed or prepared?

Many thanks!
