Painting garage walls and floor

I have a part-integral garage and the inside is a bit mucky. I want to get it all cleared, cleaned and then painted - walls and floors.

The garage isn't big enough for my car so will just be used for storage and the boiler.

What kind of paint should I use for the walls and the floor?

I don't know about the floor as i've never had to do one but zinsser watertite would be good for the walls, think you can tint it as well.
