Painting kitchen

Hello, I am soon going to be redoing my kitchen, the walls and ceiling will be re-skimmed.

My plan was to apply a white mist coat using leyland contract matt but I'm unsure which paint to go with for the top coat.

I have read lots of different posts about this on different websites but most are a good few years old now and none of them seem to agree.

What is the best paint for kitchens at the moment? The ceiling will just be white, can I use the same matt paint or do I need the special kitchen paints that they sell in the sheds. The special kitchen paints seem to come in a limited selection of colours.
