Hi there

I am in the process of redecorating my bathroom. The previous owner had a horrible pine bath panel that I would like to paint white to fit in with the rest of the furniture we now have in there.

Can someone please give me some advice on preparation of the wooden surface and any products that they would reccomend to get the job done nicely.

Many thanks in advance

George

Depends what material & varnish or laquer has been used on pine bath panel ! However, assuming it is real pine wood that has been varnished over then the best product to use as an sealer/bonder is Zamix Blockout or Zamix Coverseal, but give varnish a slight rub down with sand paper prior to applying Zamix. Then you can apply most paints above this product.
