parapet wall not yet built

Hi all, hope someone can help. I have got a rear extension well underway and was interested to read peoples views on parapet walls as that is what is designed and intended for my extension.
The question the forums raised was what happens to the cavity tray weep holes when the external wall will be rendered. If water gets into the cavity, bypassing the dpm under the coping stones then does one have to have weep holes through the render.Hope someone has an answer. Thanks
 
Thanks , so these will poke through the render. At least they aren't too obvious!Are they built in as the wall goes up. Do they just sit in between blocks.
 
Yes built in as the wall goes up, they sit in the cross joint (vertical joint)
