I been given a parking fine by Elite Management Midlands Ltd, for parking in a car park but fined for my back wheel being on the white line a fraction over the bay, after reading some reviews does any one know if this company is legal and should I pay this fine

They are not fines and Elite is a member of the BPA. If you think you have been unfairly treated, your best bet is to appeal.
I would say don't pay it, but as you have stated you are shyt at parking, which I hate when others encroach and cannot fit their vehicle in an allotted space ! So no sympathy!

Harsh but fair!ha that made me laugh
it is annoying when people don't take 10 seconds more to park properly. i once saw a porsche that had parked in the middle of two spaces, with a car either side about an inch from its arches, thought that was fitting.i would advise not to pay and wait to see if they press it. or ask for all the evidence under the sun which you can then form a plan against. you could also pop down to your local supermarket and practice your parking for free.
and if you need a tutor, I will send the Missus to help you out!
