I been given a parking fine by Elite Management Midlands Ltd, for parking in a car park but fined for my back wheel being on the white line a fraction over the bay, after reading some reviews does any one know if this company is legal and should I pay this fine

They are not fines and Elite is a member of the BPA. If you think you have been unfairly treated, your best bet is to appeal.
I would say don't pay it, but as you have stated you are shyt at parking, which I hate when others encroach and cannot fit their vehicle in an allotted space ! So no sympathy!

ha that made me laugh :D it is annoying when people don't take 10 seconds more to park properly. i once saw a porsche that had parked in the middle of two spaces, with a car either side about an inch from its arches, thought that was fitting.

i would advise not to pay and wait to see if they press it. or ask for all the evidence under the sun which you can then form a plan against. you could also pop down to your local supermarket and practice your parking for free.
