Help please! I have just purchased a 2 bed flat that I want to install gas heating in. (At present it just has electric heaters on the wall in each room). I am confused about what boiler I can have installed. Does it have to be an 'A' rated, i.e. over 90% efficient or can I put a 'B' rated in if I'm happy with it? I was looking at the Heatline in B & Q which said it was 'A' rated but then in another place said it was 88% efficient!

I understand that the regs changed last year regarding this but can't find anything out.
