It either very technical jargon or mumbo jumbo
Jason could you please expalin your problem a little better, sound like you have done something that you shouldn't have and the nasty men are coming to get you, like it or not!

I think you've missed some letters out or even a few full words. Or if not then they are all in the wrong order.

I haven't a clue what you are on about

His house was rewired 2½ years ago, and the EIC & Building Regs certificate do not cover the pre-existing set of cables through holes in the walls plugged into sockets and powering outside sockets, sheds, lights etc.

The housing trust are coming to look at all of that, and he's got the collywobbles.

English is possibly not his first language.

I read it like this:
Somethings been done wrong with my electrics and the bad men are coming to see me, my pants are now filling up with brown stuff. The missus is not too pleased and building me an outside loo!

site people need to get cancer and see if they could cope
asked for help and take the pee out of my message.

never asked here for any think every again.

Sorry to hear about your wife, Jasonukuk. Hope the cancer is curable and treatment is working. My missus has too had cancer and I would never take the pyss out of someone who was going through what you are at the moment.
But I for one did not understand your post and if you wish to obtain advice, it would be helpful if things were made clearer.

My missus has too had cancer.
Mine too.

And me.

It's truly a difficult time for all involved, I do hope that you all pulled through and are in good health now.
My missus had breast cancer, but fortunately it was caught early.
She recently received the results of her 4th year mammogram and everything was good, they say get to year five and your just about out of the woods.

i say again with out the pee taking ok .

house passed part-p electic 2 1/2 years ago .
told them i had a shed wire front front of socket ( plug in 13 amp fused )
said was ok . and left .
runs in 6 inch hole in the path which is installed with under ground wire pipe and cemet over . so is 100% safe . over 10 years its been there .

with the plans told them was power in pipe to shed . nothink was said as they will not dig up path but due to the rules want to fit a ramp.

the housing trust want to dig up path i told them that there was power cable i will remove if needed. as only have to unplug the plug and yesterday got a letter over part-p and is bad as they could kick use out .
in letter was told if i unplug or remove cable i could get a shock or breaking trust rules due to new tentant rules .

i thought long a rcd was there u can use power out for shed / lights / sockets ( lawn mo ) .

so what do i do ???

. my english and letters is bad was in a thick english class at school .

Lets get this correct;
So 2 and half years ago the house had been passed by a part p electrician, had the house been re-wired or ne circuits installed at that time or was it a report that had been done on your electrics?
You have a cable that is plugged into a socket in the house, that supplys a shed and that has been there for ten years and is a steel wire armoured cable or it is run in duct underground?
But new tenancy rules are saying this is not allowed.
What do the new rules say that implicate you and what did the old rules state?
I am assuming that you installed the cable to the shed.
The regulations as they stand now insist that outbuildings such as sheds are protected by RCDs, cable being buried underground must be done so to comply to the regulations.

So 2 and half years ago the house had been passed by a part p electrician
YES
told over shed said is ok / never tested it - just passed house.

have a cable that is plugged into a socket in the house, that supplys a shed
YES.

has been there for ten years
YES

a steel wire armoured cable
NO IN UNGROUND DUCTING 6 INCHES DOWN IN PATH ( CEMET COVERED )

But new tenancy rules are saying this is not allowed
yes as they think it hard wired from back of socket ? but is a 13 amp plug

back room to shed 4 meter approx. in shed 1 meter high to save water problems -

rcd built in consumer unit
but went out today and got a rcd plug in with female plug so plug in the 13 amp plug in to it . for extra rcd??? unsure if this is right .
( but added a plug rca 30ma then the 13 amp plug )

due to rules can i put cables 6 foot up with PVC Round Conduit ??? i saw on a*da store before a light on end?

Should have no problem unplugging it as it is not hardwired, so i would not thought you were breaking any rules.
But this is not an ideal installation and not recommended.
I assume the housing association organised the electric certs/reports.
The electrician most have not considered it part of the installation, as really it is was an extension lead.
I don't see how they can allow something to be in place for ten years, then because of new rulings, threaten to kick you out.
